I’m so glad that you’re here educating people I’ve been working on myself for 72 years now finally I feel like I’m here now to share with others everything I’ve learned. I’ve never been diagnosed with ADHD but have always had symptoms which is a blessing to be able to be here now living with gratitude for my experiences
This is beautifully written, and I especially love this statement: "Understand that our value is not based on how much we are able to produce, earn, remember tasks, or stay organized. Our value is what we carry inside our hearts. Our ability to be kind, to be generous, to help others, and to exercise healthy habits, especially in our minds." It's so easy to undervalue the intangible qualities that really matter. Thank you. (FYI, I originally clicked the link in my email to post this comment, and after posting I discovered it posted under a different article. So I moved it here.)
Its ok to not know anything about where you wanted to go with this. You built the community and if that's ALL you did that would have been enough. People see your examples daily and realise: "It's not just me!" Then they add their experiences and for every person who comments, there are hundreds of lurkers who see amd read them and think the same, they're not the only ones. And that's a magic thing to be able to achieve.

Elizabeth, I’m 75, and I feel as though I’m just discovering new things about myself! I hope to read what you can share.
I’m hoping to start posting more soon I’m still learning how to make my way through this new phase and not get overwhelmed by things
Loving myself is definitely one of the hardest things to do!

Give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it!
