ADHD might not be a superpower, but a lot of ADHD people are superheroes!

I couldn't agree with you more, my friend.

If ots a superpower, then its also a curse.

So let's just be realistic about what it is... - its neither of those, but its who we are, as simple as that- and you have summed it up perfectly, and succinctly.

Thank you and best wishes forever, Andrew

I appreciate that everyone has their own opinion, and I'm still going to call it my superpower. Even in literature almost everyone with superpowers also face negatives along with it or else the story would have zero conflict and not be interesting. I think it's doing a disservice to people to assume they think having ADHD is amazing and awesome if people say it's their superpower. I also think the amount of people out there hearing ADHD is a superpower and thinking we're lucky is fairly small, and those people aren't the ones who care about what ADHD is or isn't.

So...today while I'm struggling to remember to make myself breakfast before sitting down to my full-time job as a romance writer, I know that my superpower comes with positives and negatives.

I concluded the more privilege one has the more likely they will call ADHD a superpower. https://wisesquirrels.com/articles/is-adhd-a-superpower-it-depends

I don’t disagree but this is more a statement of opinion?

What a bizarre conclusion. One can't possibly know what all others' superpowers are. "You" are welcome to speak for yourself. It's wise not to stereotype millions of people.
