Thank you Mark, and nice to meet you by the way since we haven't been introduced by name yet!! It's important to address our names because these days, we never know if there are robots behind the profiles. Publishing my photo as a cartoon is another issue, I frequently address stories about my family and close friends and it would be advisable to avoid that level of discosure. That said, the cartoon does look very similar to me (though the art was kind to me compared to real life!😂😂😂)
haha, I tend to agree with that, I have muted a lot of generic accounts who always seem to get tens of thousands of likes despite plagiarising other people’s work and clearly being the work of automatic posting bots, but I think you can tell who is real and who is not.
I wouldn’t worry about the photo, I think people at least feel they are speaking to a human now😁
I learned a lot about ADHD accompanying my young son, and always wondered about myself… but as an outwardly successful adult, I dismissed the idea. Finally, I went for an evaluation and almost exactly one year ago, at age 58, I received my diagnosis.
As Jenn-Violet said, suddenly it all made sense. Over the past year, I’ve been learning to manage my ADHD— and learning to forgive myself, which is not always easy.
“Late to the party”? Well, yes. But I also feel like the party is just getting started. 😊
Thank you. 😊 I was recently diagnosed at 48....and then it all made sense
I loved it. I'm 72 and late to the "party". I always suspected it but ADHD diagnosis didn't exist way back then. I'm into it now. So, thank you!
Awesome Josh, so happy to have a name to call you instead of not knowing what to call you! Nice to finally meet you!

Love it Josh! Super inspiring! 💫
Thank you so much, Orbit! The observations are valid to everyone who talks about ADHD like you do too! Together we are invincible!!!!! 💚💚
Keep going!
Thank you Sarah!! 💚💚
